This is Wessex Spirits’s baby. The first gin Kate produced. Inspired by her mum’s sloe gin she wanted to create something completely different but using the same processes. So after a lot of sampling (hic!) Test Valley Gin was born. A true family affair the first year of it’s life it was made at Kate’s Grandad’s house before moving to its current home in Andover.
